Process principle

Dosing equipment is a intelligent, automatic and continuous work device. The device is composed of a water supply system, powder feeding system, curing system, dissolved form and automatic control system.

According to requirement amount of powder, it will get into the mixer from the hopper, after getting into the mixing tank for dilution, to achieve the required concentration.

Diluted solution get through the curing tank and enter into the storage tank. Then the preparation solution will be transported to the specified place by the dosing pump.
