Description:

Chemical dosing system mainly consists of solution tanks, mixers, metering pumps,
liquid level meters, electrical control cabinet, piping, valves, distributors, safety
valves, voltage stabilizers, pressure gages, check valves and frame etc.

The parts are all installed on a frame to be a separate chemical doing unit compactly and reasonably, thus greatly reducing the chemical design and field installation workload and reducing the covering area.
Solution tank is equipped with magnetic level meters which can display locally or remotely, and has high-level alarm, low-level alarm and low-low level pump stop protection function.

According to the requirements from user, manual local chemical dosing or automatic chemical dosing can be realized. The electronic components and instruments are assembled in an electric control cabinet which has the advantages of compact structure, safe and convenient for commissioning and operation.
This includes automation controls which can communicate with a 4-20mA signal coming from a computer. Capacity is adjusted with VFD.
